The front of the property is landscaped to an excellent standard in keeping with the whole resort, with palm tree, shrubs, borders and grass.

We have an upgraded lot, that to the rear of the villa make's the difference. It is south facing so the area soaks up all the lovely Floridian sun from Morning to Dusk, and is not overlooked with views onto open conservation, with meadow grass and shrubs.

We have four sun loungers, table and chairs and from March 2009 there will be an Electric BBQ for your use.

After a tiring time at the Floridian Attractions, what more do you need than a soak/swim in our massive pool that is also 3ft to 7ft deep, following your swim enter the separately heated bubbly spa for 6 people, to make you feel totally invigorated, ready for your next adventure.

South Facing Massive Deck area 40ft x 25ft (includes pool)

Plenty big enough for you and all your friends / family to have fun. Whilst also being able to sit on the patio furniture or sunbathing on loungers in this southern facing area to soak up that Florida sunshine morning to night. This deck and the pool is covered by a mesh to stop bugs joining you for a swim or sunbathe!!
